ArkTime Time Synch NTP requires single NTP broadcast to synchronize all clients in subnet, so much reduced network traffic.

Net time requires a Primary Domain Controller (PDC) to synchronize all the clients to, ArkTime Time Synch NTP synchronizes all clients to the time server.

ArkTime Time Synch NTP is supported by ArkTime so you can talk to a real person for support; Net Time is not supported by Microsoft.

Net time uses NTP to only synchronize the PDC. Proprietary protocol used to further distribute the time.

Net time only synchronizes the time every 8 hours. ArkTime Time Synch NTP is adjustable; you can set time broadcasts from only a few seconds to once a day.
